Central Pacific Financial Raises Quarterly Dividend - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - While reporting its second-quarter financial results today, Central Pacific Financial Corp. (CPF) said its board of directors has increased the quarterly cash dividend by 14.3 percent.

On July 27, 2016, the company's board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per share on the company's outstanding common shares. This represents a 14.3 percent increase from the $0.14 dividend paid in the second quarter of 2016.

The dividend will be payable on September 15, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 31, 2016.
