CBRE Group, Inc. Announces 30% Increase In Q3 Earnings

(RTTNews) - CBRE Group, Inc. (CBG) reported a profit for its third quarter that advanced compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line advanced to $171.71 million, or $0.51 per share. This was higher than $132.57 million, or $0.40 per share, in last year's third quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.46 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 18.9% to $2.71 billion. This was up from $2.28 billion last year.
