Camden Property Trust Q2 FFO Rises, Lifts FY13 Outlook - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Camden Property Trust (CPT) Thursday said second-quarter funds from operations, or FFO, increased to $91.45 million or $1.02 per share from $76.71 million or $0.89 per share in the same period last year.

Net income attributable to common shareholders surged to $72.17 million or $0.81 per share from $21.76 million or 0.26 per share last year.

Property revenues totaled $201.53 million, up from $176.92 million last year. Analysts expected revenues of $201.24 million.

Looking ahead to the third-quarter, the company has forecast FFO in a range of $0.99 to $1.03 per share. Analysts currently expect third-quarter FFO of $1.01 per share.

For the fiscal 2013, the company currently projects FFO in the order of $4.00 to $4.08 per share, up from its previous guidance range of $3.89 to $4.05 per share. Analysts expect full-year FFO of $4.01 per share.
