Camden Property Trust Q1 FFO Up - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Camden Property Trust (CPT) Tuesday said first-quarter funds from operations, or FFO, increased to $94.8 million or $1.05 per share from $86.6 million or $0.97 per share in the same period last year.

Earnings for the quarter decreased to $40.0 million or $0.45 per share from $63.5 million or $0.72 per share last year.

Property revenues totaled $205.93 million, up from $189.81 million last year. Analysts expected revenues of $205.01 million.

Looking ahead to the second quarter, the company has forecast FFO in the range of $1.02 to $1.06 per share. Analysts currently expect second-quarter FFO of $1.05 per share.

For the fiscal 2014, FFO is projected in a range of $4.10 to $4.30 per share. Analysts currently expect full-year FFO of $4.23 per share.
