Callon Petroleum Names James Ulm CFO, With Anticipated Effective Date Of Dec. 11

(RTTNews) - Callon Petroleum Co. (CPE), an independent energy company, announced Thursday that James "Jim" Ulm, II has been named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer with an anticipated effective date of December 11.

As of the effective date of Ulm's appointment, Correne Loeffler, currently interim CFO, will retain her role as Callon's Treasurer.

In addition, Callon recently added to its senior management team with the appointment of Michol Ecklund as Vice President and General Counsel.

Ulm holds more than 30 years experience in the energy industry. His most recent position has been as founder and managing partner of New Vista Energy Partners, a private E&P company focused on emerging resource plays in the Permian and Anadarko Basins.

Previously, he served as CFO for three private companies.
