Cablevision Holding S.A. Exercises Call Option

BUENOS AIRES, Argentina, Dec. 28, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Cablevisión Holding S.A., ("Cablevisión Holding", "CVH" or the "Company" – BCBA: CVH; Level 1 US: CVHSY), informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that it has exercised a call option granted pursuant to the Option Agreement dated as of July 7, 2017, by and among the Company, Fintech Advisory Inc and its subsidiaries – Fintech Telecom LLC and Fintech Media LLC. Therefore, the Company has acquired from Fintech Media LLC, the shares representing an indirect interest of 6.08% in Telecom Argentina S.A. post-merger.
