Bitstream Selects Rothschild Inc. as Financial Advisor

Bitstream (NASDAQ: BITS) announced that it has engaged Rothschild Inc. to advise the Company with respect to business opportunities and strategic alternatives aimed at enhancing shareholder value. Rothschild was engaged to serve as financial advisor following a search process conducted by a Special Committee of Bitstream’s Board of Directors.
