BillerudKorsnäs Establishes Bond Program

On March 13, 2013 the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen) approved and registered BillerudKorsnäs’ (STO:BILL) prospectus in connection with the establishment of the company’s Swedish Medium Term Note program (MTN). The program has a limit of SEK 5 billion and enables BillerudKorsnäs to issue bonds on the Swedish market. "The program is a natural step to create flexilibity in our debt portfolio and enable efficient funding”, says Susanne Lithander, CFO BillerudKorsnäs.
