Bellevue Group consummated the acquisition of Adamant Biomedical Investments AG from Zürcher Kantonalbank as scheduled effective September 30, 2014. Bellevue Group is acquiring Adamant's entire range of investment funds and its mandate business in the healthcare sector. Total acquired assets under management amount to CHF 831 million, raising Bellevue Asset Management's AuM to CHF 3.9 billion. Bellevue Asset Management and Adamant will officially merge on January 1, 2015 to optimize the exploitation of all product and market synergies.
