Barnes Group To Acquire Maenner For EUR 275 Mln - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Barnes Group Inc. (B), an international aerospace and industrial manufacturing and service provider, announced an agreement to acquire Maenner, a Bahlingen (Germany) based company, which specializes in the development and manufacture of high-precision molds, hot runner systems, and micro injection molding systems.

Barnes has agreed to purchase the capital stock of all the Männer operating companies for 275 million euros, subject to certain closing and post-closing adjustments. In addition, subject to the terms of the agreement, 27.5 million euros of the consideration payable would be delivered in the form of Barnes Group common stock, the company said.
