Disclosure of change in shareholdings pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Securities Markets Act

The Bank of Åland Plc (Ålandsbanken Abp) has received a notification, pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act, according to which the amount of shares held by Wiklöf Holding Ab in the Bank of Åland Plc as of May 7, 2018 has exceeded the 20 percent threshold.

After the transaction the Wiklöf Holding group of companies owns a total of 2,692,927 shares and thus have 17.43 % of the amount of shares and 22.24 % of the voting rights in the Bank of Åland Plc.
