Axalta Coating Systems Sees 2016 Sales Growth Of 4% -6% In Constant Currency

(RTTNews) - Axalta Coating Systems Ltd. (AXTA) said it expects 2016 Net sales growth of 4-6% in constant currency; flat to slightly down as-reported basis. it is expected annual adjusted EBITDA of $900 million - $940 million.

"In our first full year as a publicly held company, Axalta produced solid volume growth well above end-market rates, strong ongoing margin expansion and solid free cash flow generation, which allowed us to reduce our financial leverage and to make two high-ROI bolt-on acquisitions in the U.S. and Europe.
