Amedica Prices 3.50 Mln Shares IPO At $5.75/Shr - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Amedica Corp. (AMDA) said it has priced its initial public offering of 3.50 million common shares at $5.75 per share. In addition, the underwriters were granted a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 525,000 shares from Amedica at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts. The offering is likely to close on February 19, 2014. Amedica's common stock has been approved for listing on the NASDAQ Capital Market and may commence trading under the symbol "AMDA" on February 13, 2014.

JMP Securities LLC is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering. Needham & Company, LLC is acting as co-manager for the offering.
