Air Lease corp. Earnings Rise In Q4

(RTTNews) - Air Lease corp. (AL) revealed a profit for its fourth quarter that rose from last year.

The company said its bottom line came in at $178.10 million, or $1.06 per share. This was up from $162.31 million, or $0.89 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.87 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 7.6% to $398.47 million. This was up from $370.49 million last year.
