    NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 31, 2005--AIG Small Business(R), a division of the property and casualty insurance subsidiaries of American International Group, Inc. (AIG), in conjunction with the AIG Domestic Accident & Health division(R) (A&H), today announced it will offer a line of accident and health insurance programs designed specifically for small business employers. -- Basic Accident Coverage - Accidental Death and Dismemberment product available as part of a group life insurance plan or as a "carve out" from a standard group life insurance policy;

-- Business Travel Accident Coverage - Accident coverage for employees traveling on business, domestic or abroad; and
