renowned leadership expert, and his son, best-selling author Stephen
M.R. Covey, will be the keynote speakers at the FranklinCovey (NYSE:FC)
Leadership Certification Event to be held April 7-11 at Disney’s

Dr. Stephen R. Covey wrote the bestselling books The 7 Habits of
Highly Effective People and The 8th
Habit: From Effectiveness to Greatness, and is the co-founder and
vice chairman of FranklinCovey. His son, Stephen M.R. Covey, is a highly
sought-after speaker and consultant who wrote the bestselling book The
Speed of Trust: The One Thing that Changes Everything.
Organizational leaders, business executives, team leaders, managers,
human resource and training professionals and FranklinCovey client
facilitators are invited to attend this unique event. Attendees will
hear practical insights and experiences about leadership and learn from
and interact with both Covey authors. Participants will also enjoy
sessions with other FranklinCovey senior consultants.

Pipeline of Leadership” April 7 from 8 a.m. to
noon. Stephen M.R. Covey will speak on "Utilizing
Trust as a Strategic Lever for Growth and Profitability”
from 1:00 to 2:45 p.m. FranklinCovey Senior Consultant Chris McChesney
will speak on "Executing Strategy with Full
Engagement & Accountability” from 3:00 to
4:30 p.m.
At this event, current and prospective FranklinCovey clients can also
become licensed and certified (April 8-11) to teach one of FranklinCovey’s
three leadership development courses to employees within their
organization. Certification costs also include admission to the April 7
keynotes with the Coveys. The leadership development courses that
attendees can certify to teach are:
Leadership: Great Leaders, Great Teams, Great Results –
a three-day, instructor-led leadership program for managers,
supervisors, directors and senior leaders
Leading at the Speed of Trust – a
two-day program to help leaders become more effective by engendering
loyalty and improving personal credibility
Leadership Modular Series – Seven
three- to four-hour modules derived from FranklinCovey’s
Leadership offering
The cost for attending the sessions with Dr. Stephen R. Covey and
Stephen M.R. Covey on April 7 only, which includes a continental
breakfast and lunch, is $595 per person, $495 per person (for two to
four attendees from the same company) or $395 per person (for five or
more people from the same company).
