The Investment Manager will actively manage the Fund, seeking to outperform the ICE Bank of America Global High Yield Constrained Index (the "Index”) and achieve the objective by investing primarily in debt securities worldwide which are considered by the Investment Manager to be below investment grade. The Fund's investment approach is based on analysis of the credit profile of individual high yield issuers combined with an analysis of the behavior and performance of the broader economic environment. Total returns will be sought through income and capital appreciation.
