Under normal market conditions, the Fund will invest at least 65% of its net assets in fixed income securities that are rated below investment grade or, if not rated, that are determined to be of comparable quality by the Portfolio Manager. Below investment grade securities are commonly referred to as “junk bonds” and generally entail increased credit and market risk. The achievement of the Fund’s investment objective may be more dependent on the credit analysis of the Portfolio Manager than would be the case if the Portfolio invested in higher-rated securities.
