So investiert der SEB Domestica V IC2 (H-EUR) Fonds: The Sub-Fund intends to build a well-diversified portfolio of Real Estate Assets focusing on residential properties located in Swedish growth regions with the aim to realize long term compounded risk adjusted returns. The target size of the Sub-Fund is one billion five hundred million Swedish Kronor (SEK 1,500,000,000). The Sub-Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by making direct and Indirect Investments in Real Estate Assets that are in a good condition and do not substantially need to be renovated, unless there are strong investment rationales supporting such Investment.
