The Investment Manager’s intention is to focus its selection on a quality portfolio of companies having their headquarters or carrying out their predominant activities in any European country. The Investment Manager intends to also invest in shares or equity linked securities including depositary receipts, preferred stock, convertible bonds and debentures which are convertible into equity securities, issued primarily by companies having their headquarters or carrying out their predominant activities in any European country with the exception of the United Kingdom (UK).
