The investment objective of the Fund is to provide exposure to the US Energy Infrastructure Master Limited Partnership (MLP) market. In order to achieve this investment objective, the Fund will track the performance of the Solactive US Energy Infrastructure MLP Index TR (the “Index”). Accordingly, the Fund will seek to gain exposure to all of the component securities of the Index in substantially the same weighting as the Index and may have an indirect exposure to securities issued by the same body of up to 20% of its Net Asset Value, which limit may be raised to 35% for a single issuer in exceptional market conditions, including (but not limited to) circumstances in which such issuer occupies a dominant market position. The Fund will seek to be fully exposed to the performance of the Index using "unfunded" total return OTC swaps with one or more counterparties (each, a "Long Index Swap").
