South Korea Consumer Confidence Index Slips In November

(RTTNews) - South Korea's consumer confidence index came in at 103 in November, the Bank of Korea said on Wednesday - down from 105 in October.

Consumer sentiment on current living standards was lower by one point than in October at 90, and that for outlook by two points at 97.

Consumer sentiment regarding current domestic economic conditions was five points below the October figure at 74, while that for future outlook was four points lower at 87.

Consumer sentiment on prospective changes in household income stood at 101, unchanged from the month before, while that on expected spending was one point less at 108.

The expectation for inflation over the following year was 2.7 percent.
