China Should Find Balance Between Growth And Economic Restructuring: Premier Li

(RTTNews) - Chinese Premier Li Keqiang said Sunday that the government should strike a balance between maintaining growth and restructuring the economy.

"We must find a golden balance" between reforming the economic structure and maintaining a reasonable growth rate, Li was quoted as saying by state media.

He said it is unrealistic to maintain the rapid growth rates recorded in the past years, therefore the authorities must strive to improve efficiency and quality of growth.

Li also noted that it will be difficult to ensure further employment growth without achieving a reasonable growth rate.
