Wise Metals Group LLC -- Moody's changes Wise Metals Intermediate Holdings' outlook to positive from negative

London, 07 December 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service, (Moody's) has today changed the outlook of the producer of rolled aluminium products Wise Metals Intermediate Holdings LLC (Wise) to positive from negative. Concurrently, Moody's has affirmed the corporate family rating (CFR) and the probability of default rating (PDR) of Wise at Caa2 and Caa2-PD respectively. Also, the rating agency has affirmed the Caa3 rating on the senior secured rating of Wise Metals Group LLC (Wise Metals) and previously withdrawn the Ca rating on Wise's senior unsecured PIK toggle notes that have been repaid on 5 December 2016.
