Wisconsin Public Service Corporation -- Moody's downgrades Wisconsin Public Service's outstanding senior debt to A1 from Aa2 upon release of collateral

New York, November 23, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") today downgraded the outstanding senior indebtedness of Wisconsin Public Service Corporation (WPSC) from Aa2 to A1, the same as its Issuer Rating, upon the discharge of its First Mortgage and Deed of Trust, releasing the first lien on the utility's property. Moody's affirmed all of the company's other ratings. The outlook is stable.
