Wilsonart LLC -- Moody's: Wilsonart's acquisition of Durcon has no immediate impact on ratings

New York, October 24, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service indicated that Wilsonart LLC's ("Wilsonart") B2 Corporate Family Rating and B2-PD Probability of Default Rating will not change following the company's recent announcement that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Durcon Inc., a leading manufacturer of laboratory-grade work surfaces. Durcon provides laboratory tops, student tabletops, sinks and sink work surfaces worldwide.
