Wall Street Systems Delaware, Inc. -- Moody's assigns B2 ratings to Wall Street Systems; Outlook Negative
New York, August 10, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") assigned new debt ratings for Wall Street Systems Delaware, Inc. ("WSS") with a Corporate Family Rating ("CFR") of B2 and a Probability of Default Rating ("PDR") of B2-PD. Additionally, Moody's assigned a B2 to WSS' senior secured first lien credit facilities which the company has proposed to upsize with a concurrent extension of maturities. The ratings outlook is negative.
