New York, May 16, 2014 -- Moody's is correcting the ratings of the Virginia Resources Authority Pooled Financing Program, Infrastructure Revenue Bonds, Series 2014A, CUSIPs 92818GPX5, 92818GPY3, 92818GPZ0, 92818GQA4, 92818GQB2, 92818GQC0, 92818GQD8, 92818GQE6, 92818GQF3, 92818GQG1, 92818GQH9, 92818GQK2, 92818GQL0, 92818GQM8, 92818GQN6, 92818GQP1, 92818GQQ9, 92818GQR7, 92818GQS5, 92818GQT3, 92818GQU0, 92818GQV8, 92818GQW6, 92818GQX4, 92818GQY2 and 92818GQZ9 to Aaa from Aa2 to reflect that these CUSIPs relate to the Virginia Resources Authority Pooled Financing Program, Infrastructure Revenue Bonds, Series 2014A sale (rated Aaa). Due to an internal administrative error, these CUSIPs had previously been linked to the Virginia Resources Authority, State Moral Obligation Revenue Bonds, Series 2014A sale (rated Aa2).
