Viacom Inc. -- Moody's revises Viacom's Baa2 rating outlook to negative from stable
New York, August 09, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service revised Viacom Inc.'s ("Viacom") rating outlook to negative from stable following the company's weaker than expected earnings announcement and ongoing operational challenges, as a result of which we expect adjusted debt-to-EBITDA to remain elevated and above our sustained leverage downgrade threshold over the near term unless more aggressive financial management occurs. Moody's concurrently affirmed Viacom's Baa2 senior unsecured long-term debt rating and the Prime-2 commercial paper rating.
