Vale Overseas Limited -- Moody's assigns Ba3 rating to Vale's notes issue
New York, August 03, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") assigned a Ba3 senior unsecured foreign currency rating to the proposed senior unsecured notes due 2026 to be issued by Vale Overseas Limited and fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Vale S.A. Proceeds will be used for liability management. The outlook for the rating is negative.
