TwentyEighty, Inc. -- Moody's says that TwentyEighty's amendment and equity infusion are credit positive; no change in ratings
New York, August 27, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service said that TwentyEighty, Inc.'s (B3, stable) recent covenant amendment and equity investment to repay revolver borrowings are credit positives as they greatly reduce the risk of a near term covenant violation and provide incremental liquidity.
