Tronox Limited -- Moody's Downgrades Tronox one notch to B2; Outlook Negative
New York, November 06, 2015 -- Moody's downgraded the Corporate Family Ratings (CFR) of Tronox Limited to B2 from B1. Other ratings downgraded at this time include the rating on the senior secured term loans to B1 from Ba3 and the ratings on the senior unsecured bonds to Caa1 from B3; the Speculative Grade Liquidity Rating was affirmed at SGL-2. The outlook on the ratings is changed to negative from stable.
