Transelec S.A. -- Moody's affirms Transelec's Baa1 senior unsecured rating; outlook stable
New York, December 26, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service today affirmed Transelec's Baa1 foreign currency senior unsecured rating following the Board of Director's decision for the Issuer to make a special distribution of US$150 million. The outlook remains stable.
