Hong Kong, January 17, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today assigned an A3 rating with a stable outlook to the perpetual subordinated guaranteed capital securities to be issued by Towngas (Finance) Limited , and irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed on a subordinated basis by The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (HKCG, A1 stable).
