Toplu Konut Idaresi Baskanligi -- Moody's places Turkish sub-sovereigns' issuer ratings under review for downgrade
London, 19 July 2016 -- Moody's Public Sector Europe (MPSE) has today placed the Baa3 long term issuer ratings of the metropolitan municipalities of Istanbul and Izmir, as well as the Baa3 issuer rating of Turkey'sHousing Development Administration (Toplu Konut Idaresi Baskanligi, TOKI), under review for downgrade.
