TenneT Holding B.V. -- Moody's affirms TenneT's A3/P-2 ratings, stable outlook
London, 18 May 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) has today affirmed the A3 issuer rating and A3/P-2 senior unsecured debt ratings of TenneT Holding B.V.(TenneT). Concurrently, Moody's has affirmed the (P)A3 ratings for issuance under the group's EUR8.0 billion EMTN programme as well as the (P)P-2 rating on short-term issuance under the company's EUR2.2 billion commercial paper programme. Finally, the Baa3 rating of TenneT's EUR500 million basket C hybrid bonds was also affirmed. The outlook on all ratings is stable.
