New York, April 13, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has assigned the ratings of Aa2/VMIG 1 to Floater Certificates and Aa2 to Residual Certificates of the Tender Option Bond Trust (Deutsche Bank Liq.), Series 2016-XF1053. The short-term rating on the Floater Certificates is under review for possible downgrade.
