Telenet BVBA -- Moody's changes the outlook on Telenet to Positive; assigns B1 rating to Telenet Financing USD LLC.'s term loan
London, 09 May 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) has today affirmed the B1 corporate family rating and B2-PD rating at Telenet Group Holding NV ("Telenet") and the B1 ratings at Telenet's rated subsidiaries, and changed the rating outlook to positive from stable. The agency has also assigned a B1 rating with a positive outlook to Telenet Financing USD LLC.'s ("Telenet Financing USD" or "the Issuer") USD850 million Term Loan AD due 2024.
