Teck Resources Limited -- Moody's upgrades Teck's rating to B1, outlook stable
Toronto, October 27, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") upgraded Teck Resources Limited's (Teck) Corporate Family (CFR) rating to B1 from B3, Probability of Default Rating to B1-PD from B3-PD; guaranteed senior unsecured note ratings to Ba3 from B1 and senior unsecured notes (not guaranteed) rating to B3 from Caa1. Teck's Speculative Grade Liquidity Rating was affirmed at SGL-2. The rating outlook is stable.
