Sunoco LP -- Moody's rates Sunoco LP's $500 million senior unsecured notes Ba3
New York, April 04, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") assigned a Ba3 rating to Sunoco LP's (SUN) proposed $500 million senior unsecured note issuance. There is no impact on the Ba2 Corporate Family Rating or the stable rating outlook.
