Stockton (City of) CA -- Moody's affirms the Ba1 ratings on Stockton, CA's water and sewer enterprises' bonds; changes outlook on water rating to developing
New York, September 24, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has affirmed the long-term ratings of the city of Stockton's (CA) water and sewer enterprises' debts at Ba1. We have also changed the outlook on the city's water bond rating to developing from stable, while the developing outlook on the sewer system's rating remains the same.
