Steinway Musical Instruments, Inc. -- Moody's revises Steinway's rating outlook to negative; all ratings affirmed
New York, July 21, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service changes Steinway Musical Instrument's rating outlook to negative from stable due to Steinway's weak credit metrics and the risk that metrics will remain soft for an extended period. All ratings were affirmed, including the B2 Corporate Family Rating (CFR).
