DIFC - Dubai, May 20, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") has upgraded to Baa3 from Ba1 the long-term issuer rating of Steinhoff International Holdings Limited (Steinhoff). As part of the rating action, Moody's assigned a A3.za national scale issuer rating to the company. The outlook on the ratings is stable. Moody's also withdrew Steinhoff's corporate family rating (CFR) of Ba1 following Steinhoff's upgrade to Baa3 as per rating agency's practice for corporates with investment-grade ratings. This rating action concludes the review for upgrade that commenced on 24 April 2015.
