New York, February 28, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service said that Stanadyne Holdings, Inc.'s receipt of a commitment letter from Beach Point Capital Management and cash infusion from private equity sponsor Kohlberg & Co. is a step toward addressing the company's capital structure, but all ratings and the negative rating outlook are unchanged at present.
