New York, August 28, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service downgraded Spansion, LLC's ("Spansion") Speculative Grade Liquidity ("SGL") rating from SGL-2 to SGL-3. Spansion's Corporate Family Rating ("CFR") and instrument ratings are unchanged. The outlook is stable.
