Songa Offshore SE -- Moody's upgrades Songa's probability of default rating to Caa1-PD/LD following default; affirms corporate family rating at Caa1; stable outlook
London, 20 December 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has today upgraded Songa Offshore SE's ("Songa") probability of default rating (PDR) to Caa1-PD/LD from Ca-PD. Concurrently, the rating agency has affirmed the Caa1 corporate family rating (CFR) and revised the outlook to stable.
