Songa Offshore SE -- Moody's downgrades Songa's probability of default rating to Ca-PD; affirms corporate family rating; negative outlook
London, 28 November 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has today downgraded Songa Offshore SE's ("Songa") probability of default rating (PDR) to Ca-PD from Caa1-PD. Concurrently, the rating agency has affirmed the Caa1 corporate family rating (CFR) and revised the outlook to negative.
