Sky plc -- Moody's: Failed UK telecoms merger has mixed implications for wider European market
Madrid, May 13, 2016 -- While the European Commission's decision to block CK Hutchison Holdings Limited's (CKHH, A3 stable) planned acquisition of Telefonica S.A.'s (Baa2 negative) British mobile operator O2 is credit negative for both Telefonica and CKHH's UK telecoms operations, its consequences will be mixed for Europe's telecoms sector, says Moody's Investors Service today in a new report.
