Hong Kong, January 21, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service says that while Sinofert Holdings Limited's (Sinofert, unrated) profit warning for its full year results in 2013 is credit negative, the announcement has no immediate impact on its parent company, Sinochem Hong Kong (Group) Company Limited (Sinochem HK)'s Baa1 issuer rating, or on the Baa1 rating on the senior unsecured notes issued by Sinochem Overseas Capital Company Limited (unrated) and guaranteed by Sinochem HK.
