Sino-Ocean Land Holdings Limited -- Moody's assigns Baa3 rating to Sino-Ocean's proposed bonds
Hong Kong, January 28, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") has assigned a Baa3 rating to the proposed senior unsecured bonds to be issued by Sino-Ocean Land Treasure Finance II Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sino-Ocean Land Holdings Limited (Sino-Ocean Land), based on the unconditional and irrevocable guarantee of Sino-Ocean Land.
